PRE-CONTRACTUAL INFORMATION, RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT, AND GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Pre-Contractual Information

This document has been prepared in accordance with the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Sales Regulation. The following information is provided to the customer (“Customer”) by Aleire (ALEIRE BRAND)for purchases made through www.aleirebrand.com (“Website”).

Key Features of the Products

The main features of the purchased products are detailed on the product pages during the order process.
Customers can review their cart, selected products, and total costs before confirming their order.

Pricing and Payment Information

2. Distance Sales Agreement and General Terms and Conditions

2.1. Parties and Scope

This agreement governs the terms and conditions of the remote sale and delivery of products between Aleire and the Customer.

2.2. Delivery Information

Ordered products will be delivered to the address specified by the Customer after the order is confirmed.
Deliveries are limited to addresses within Turkey.
Products will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise notified to the Customer.

2.3. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days without providing a reason, starting from the day of delivery.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
- Customized products tailored to the Customer's requests.
- Products unfit for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if opened after delivery.

2.4. Returns and Exchanges

Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.

3. General Provisions

3.1. Intellectual Property

All logos, visuals, and product designs belonging to Aleire are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of these materials is strictly prohibited.

3.2. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising between the parties shall be resolved by consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts, depending on the financial threshold determined by the Turkish Ministry of Commerce.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye.
